Notably, the highest recorded sale reached that $130M mark, while other standout deals came in at $47M, $40.2M, $40M, $21.2M, $19M, $18M, and $17.5M. Some cities are seeing particularly deep luxury pricing\u2014there are four metros where even the fifth-highest sale topped $10M, underscoring the strength of those luxury pockets. Interestingly, one market had its five priciest sales clustered closely between $24M and $40M, showing a uniquely tight spread at the top end. This overview reflects only publicly marketed properties, as private deals and nondisclosure markets may not be fully captured.
